This role is based in Belfast and requires the successful candidate to be present in the office.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
1. Management ofpany documentation
2. Management of weekly meeting documentation
3. Preparing client documentation
4. Monitoring and order ofpany stationary
5. Scheduling meetings
6. Using various online platforms for diagnostics and evaluations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
7. Administration experience
8. Proficient in the full Microsoft suite of applications
9. Excellent standard of written and verbal English
10. Detail oriented
11. Highly organised
12. Self-starter and willing to work over the demands of business
13. Desirable - experience of working with external clients
