HR Operations Manager

Salary £50,000 - £60,000
Elevation HR are supporting a growing organisation in the search for an HR Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across a multi-site environment.
This is a hands‑on role leading a small HR team, driving process improvements, supporting HR systems and managing a broad range of employee relations activity across the business.
Key Areas:
* Managing HR operations and administration delivery
* Leading and supporting employee relations casework
* Coaching managers on policy, process and ER matters
* Improving HR processes, workflows and reporting
* Supporting HR systems and data accuracy
* Driving consistency, compliance and service levels across the function
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle across the business
We are looking to speak with HR professionals who have experience within fast‑paced, operational environments and are comfortable balancing both operational HR and employee relations responsibilities.
Strong HR operations, ER and people management experience is essential.
