HR/ People Business Partner - Civil Construction Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with a view to switch Permanent (annual salary) Based in Potters Bar Based 4 Days in Potters Bar and 1 - day WFH Paying £55,000 Duties: We are seeking a highly experienced People Business Partner, who will work closely with operational and leadership teams to provide expert guidance, support employee engagement, and improvement across the employee life-cycle. This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role that requires both tactical thinking and operational delivery. You'll be instrumental in managing employee relations, supporting talent development, and embedding our values throughout the business. You will be travelling 2x per month to Barking or other UK sites.
