Internal Sales Executive
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales strategy by managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
What you\'ll be doing:
* Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability
* Open and develop new accounts with a focus on profitable growth
* Engage with customers via phone and face-to-face to process orders accurately using our CRM system
* Provide quotes and maximise add-on sales opportunities
* Proactively contact lapsed and potential new customers to generate sales
* Work closely with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Support credit control and other internal departments as required
* Assist on the trade counter when needed
* Promote the full range of products across the group
What you\'ll bring:
* Previous internal sales experience, ideally within construction distribution
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Good numeracy and IT skills, with attention to detail
* Target-driven and proactive approach to sales
