The Opportunity This is a newly created role driven by business growth. Youll take ownership of customer-facing quality, audit performance and compliance standards, acting as the key link between internal operations and external client expectations. Youll be trusted to: Lead on audit readiness and performance (BRCGS AA) Work directly with customer quality and technical teams Drive improvements across quality, compliance and KPI performance The Role This is a hands-on, audit-led Quality Management role with strong external exposure.
