Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on a series of new Build homes near Disley. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and confidence dealing with tenants, subcontractors, and clients. A solid health & safety background is essential. Key Duties: Manage daily site activities and workforce coordination Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, tenants, and stakeholders Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Carry out site inspections and enforce H&S compliance Maintain site records including RAMS and daily reports Lead site meetings and report progress to management Requirements: SSSTS / SMSTS/ CSCS Black card (essential) First Aid trained New Build Housing site management/supervisory experience Strong communication and people-management skills Crane Supervision Tickets.(Preferred not essential) Licence/Certification: SMSTS (preferred)
