Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
* Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques to existing and prospective customers.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events when necessary.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
* Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
