Software Sales Executive – Hospitality Tech (EPOS/SaaS)
Our client is a leading technology provider in the hospitality sector. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across EPOS and SaaS solutions, including mobile apps, payment platforms, and next-gen hardware. This role is ideal for a driven, tech-savvy sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, stadia, education, and leisure sectors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing full sales cycles from lead generation to close
* Develop strategic sales plans and contribute to market positioning
* Present solutions to operational and senior decision-makers
* Work closely with internal teams across product, marketing, and operations
About You:
* 5+ years' experience in hospitality tech/EPOS business development (essential)
* Proven success selling software and hardware solutions (SaaS/subscription models preferred)
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience selling into QSR, education, leisure, or event venues highly desirable
* Familiarity with CRM tools and tender processes
* A proactive, commercial mindset with a hunter mentality
