As we expand our commercial team, we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Executive to help us scale and serve new trade customers. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, understands buying behaviour, and wants to grow fast within a company that's going places.

The Role

As Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Queentana Fresh to new and existing customers in Wholesale, Catering & Food Service markets across the UK. You'll manage daily communications, share offers and pricing, and close deals across a growing portfolio of fresh produce lines. This is a role for someone with strong communication skills, a can-do attitude and a hunger to earn.

You'll be working alongside our team to ensure your clients receive the right product at the right time and you'll play a key role in building long-term, high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a daily contact book of wholesalers, foodservice buyers, and independent retailers
* Share and promote fresh offers and availability via email, phone, WhatsApp and our CRM
* Respond to enquiries and follow up on leads with speed and professionalism
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
* Track customer preferences, buying patterns and feedback to shape future offers
* Work with trading and fulfilment teams to coordinate smooth delivery and fulfilment
* Help improve the sales process, product insights and customer engagement tools

About You

You may be early in your career or already have solid sales experience what matters most is your drive, people skills and mindset. This job's about people. It's fast. It's intense at times. But if you've got the energy, the charm, and the curiosity to learn, you'll go far.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has at least 2 years in B2B sales, account management, customer service or customer support (ideally in food, FMCG or supply chain)
* You're confident on the phone, you know how to listen, reassure and banter when it's needed
* Brings energy and discipline to relationship management
* Open-minded, coachable, and ready to learn from people who've been in this trade for decades
* Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in following through
* Stays cool under pressure and keeps things moving — always with a smile
* Understands the urgency and pace of the fresh produce or food sector
* Thrives in early mornings and values the flexibility that follows
* Is fluent in English — additional EU languages are a plus

Working Hours

In fresh produce, timing is everything which is why we're looking for someone who's comfortable being online and active between 5:00–6:00am UK time. Many of our buyers start early, and we want to meet them where they are. Once you've built trust, you'll have full flexibility on when and how you follow up it's all about service and results.
