Our client is carrying out a project on a high-end establishment in Windsor, and need a Handy Person with multi tasks to start on the Tuesday 27th May for 4 x days’ work, could be longer. Must be experienced, have own van and tools, must have a CSCS card and a clean criminal record. You will be carrying out tasks such as drylining, repairing brickwork, painting and decorating, filling, carpentry repairs, could be skirting, hanging doors, must be willing to get stuck in with labouring duties as well, general repairs, you must live local to Windsor. Duties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list); Re-active maintenance Hanging doors Skirting Kitchen / cabinetry Painting & Decorating Basic plumbing Carpentry Painting & Decorating Skills Customer service Well presented Hard working Experienced Reliable Essential Requirements: CSCS Card Reliability and willingness to work Previous experience 2 recent work references Well presented Reliable Driver’s license preferred Clean criminal record Live close to Windsor
