The Role:
You will be responsible for managing warm inbound opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business.
This role would suit someone with previous sales experience who enjoys working towards targets and wants to maximise their earnings within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Responsibilities:
* Working from warm sales leads
* Building strong relationships with prospective clients
* Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout
* Retaining and developing repeat business opportunities
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets
What They're Looking For:
* Previous sales experience with a proven track record
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Motivated, driven, and target focused
* Enthusiastic and professional approach
* A genuine desire to succeed and progress long term
Salary & Rewards:
* £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure
* Ongoing bonus incentives and performance rewards
