We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations in Camlough. The successful candidate will ideally come from an engineering, civils, structural steel or construction background and will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standard.
The role involves managing subcontractors and site labour, monitoring progress, maintaining site records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and company procedures.
Key Duties
* Manage daily site operations and monitor progress
* Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site labour
* Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
* Read and interpret drawings and site information
* Maintain daily site records and report issues, delays, or risks
* Carry out inductions and site safety checks
* Attend site meetings and communicate actions clearly
* Monitor materials, deliveries, workmanship, and site standards
* Support project handover and completion
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required
* Experience in a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman or similar role
* Background in engineering, civil engineering, structural steel, or construction
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Good knowledge of health and safety on site
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Full driving licence
* Qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or similar
* Fire Warden qualification
