Position summary: 50% recruitment, 50% training. Responsible for full cycle of recruitment & employment activities from sourcing candidates to exit formalities, monitors efficiency of recruitment process and channels, handles training process and coordinates training activities.
Responsibilities
* Full-cycle recruitment and employment activities: sourcing candidates to exit formalities.
* Monitor and ensure efficiency of recruitment processes and channels.
* Handle training process and coordinate training activities.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
* At least 3 to 8 years solid HR experience in sizable company, preferably in recruitment and training.
* Well-versed in Employment Ordinance.
* Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
* Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Strong computer skills; AI knowledge preferred but not required.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Independent, meticulous, and good interpersonal skills.
* Less experienced candidates may also be considered for HR Officer role.
