Our Newcastle office is currently recruiting for a Reward Manager. The Role Work closely with colleagues in the People and Culture team to support the development of competitive and varied reward strategies Recognise the hard work of our employees and support our ambitions to attract brilliant talent Involved in discussions with senior leadership relating to our evolving reward and benefits strategy Participate in new initiatives developed within the team Skills and Experience Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing a broad range of benefits Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design to implementation Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas to senior leaders Experience with Workday is advantageous Familiarity with Flexible Benefit systems, particularly Darwin, is desirable Our clients come first and whilst we have a high performance culture and work hard as a team, in return we offer range of competitive benefits including: 25 days hols Bank hols - Buy up to 5 days GP Service Bupa Healthcare Pension Flexible working Diversity, Equity and Inclusion To attract the best people, we strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, have a sense of belonging, and realize their full career potential.
