One of the UK's leading design engineers are seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join the HR team.
They are looking for an individual with an ambition to build a career in HR. You will get involved in all areas but specifically generalist HR supporting the People Manager, Recruitment and L&D supporting the L&D Manager.
You will be an experienced HR Assistant/Administrator ideally with some experience of basic ER. This role requires the successful candidate to be a good communicator, you will be building relationships across the business. You will be organised and enjoy working to deadlines. Someone really keen to learn and proactive.
You will be working in a team of 4 and will have ample opportunity to learn on the job, in addition the opportunity to study for HR qualifications could be available for the right candidate.
