Are you an experienced People/HR Manager?\n\nIf the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you!\n\nHooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client in the search for a Head of HR to join their team on a part-time, 12 month fixed term contract.\n\nBenefits:\n\nLGPS pension scheme\n\nExclusive perk/discounts platform\n\nReduced memberships at local gym / fitness centre\n\nContinued career professional development\n\nDedicated and longstanding staff team\n\nAccess to counselling support\n\nAs a Head of HR, you will:\n\nManage, develop and maintain an efficient and effective HR team, meeting the needs of all provisions within the Trust\n\nWork closely with the Head of Recruitment to ensure all policies and processes are inline with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)\n\nEnsure the Trusts Single Central Record are compliant with statutory requirements\n\nDirectly manage a team of HR & payroll professionals\n\nDevelop & Maintain systems, processes and structures which support effective delivery\n\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, including Governors, Trustees and Heads of provisions\n\nTo be successful as a Head of HR, you will:\n\nHold a CIPD Level 5 or above\n\nHave a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle\n\nExtensive experience of managing a team of HR Professionals at various levels\n\nHave experience in Employment law including TUPE\n\nDemonstrable HR generalist experience in ER, policy development, change management, employee engagement, project management, legislation and codes of practice\n\nExperience in working & consulting with Trade Unions\n\nIn return, my client are offering a salary of up to £46,300 per annum, depending on experience.
