Position Summary

Join our team! We have a maternity leave cover vacancy for an EMEA Recruiter. Teleflex values shared principles, with people at the core of our mission. We focus on delivering exceptional talent and service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and providing industry expertise to our hiring leaders.
This role supports recruitment projects across all Teleflex EMEA Business Units and HR partnerships, including direct recruiting, job posting, interview management, and candidate negotiations. As the company grows, this role will help automate processes and boost productivity.
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the UK. Please note that this contract will last only 1 year.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling with hiring managers
* Maintain recruitment data in HR systems and candidate databases, compliant with EU laws
* Create reports to track recruitment metrics
* Assist managers and employees with recruitment-related inquiries
* Support recruiting activities: developing job specs, posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, scheduling candidates, and managing expenses
* Develop staffing strategies and participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition
* Verify headcount needs, funding, and stakeholder approval
* Organize recruitment events with third parties within budget
* Stay informed of industry trends and employment legislation
* Perform other duties as assigned
Education / Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
* At least three years of results-oriented recruiting experience
* Experience in medical device or life sciences industry is preferred
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
* Proactive approach to work processes
* Proficient in Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
* Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
* Approachable, professional, and able to handle confidential information
