About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an upcoming external cladding project based in Pembroke, commencing in July 2025. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring that the project runs smoothly, safely, and to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and site operatives
* Ensuring works are delivered to specification, on time and within budget
* Managing site health and safety in line with company and legal standards
* Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintaining daily site records
* Liaising with project managers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
* Ensuring quality control and resolving any on-site issues as they arise
Requirements:
* Proven experience in site management, ideally within external cladding or similar projects
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively manage site activities
