We are currently recruiting for a brand-new HR Manager vacancy, to work as part of the highly collaborative people team, in the London office of a leading global law firm.
The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the people agenda for the Practice Solutions Innovation team in London and globally. Partnering with regional HR colleagues, the role provides strategic support to the group, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team to ensure professional excellence.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice.
* Managing employee relations tasks and coaching team leaders accordingly.
* Reviewing talent management strategies and driving improvements.
* Leading the recruitment authorisation process.
* Managing business partnering processes to include performance evaluations, compensation discussions and career tracking.
* Collaborating with the wider people team to support with data gathering and providing insights to stakeholders.
* Leading on key projects for the group.
* People management – participating in training and sharing HR best practices.

A highly competitive salary banding of £85,000+ is on offer, plus excellent benefits and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements.
