Job Title: School Cook with Food Tech Responsibilities
Salary: £25,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

About the Role
To be responsible for the planning and preparation of high-quality food and catering services to the school. Manage and supervise all kitchen staff. Also, there will be some Food Tech Responsibilities associated with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan menus for the school considering the dietary needs of pupils.
* Monitor stocks by date rotation, portion control, and quality, in accordance with budgetary controls.
* Set up and clean down kitchen areas before and after use.
* Prepare for daily/weekly demands of the school.
* Minimize waste.
* Provide suitable food to staff and students with special dietary requirements.
