This is a long-term opportunity (minimum 6 months) working for a respected contractor known for high-quality projects. The Role This is not a standard labouring role. We are looking for operatives who have experience working in live environments (e.g., hospitals, schools, occupied commercial buildings) or on prestigious client-facing sites. You must be professional, tidy, and able to work safely around the client and public. Key Responsibilities Assisting trades and managing site logistics. Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times (high standards of housekeeping are essential). Moving materials carefully through finished or occupied areas. Interactions with the site team and client in a professional manner. Adhering to strict health and safety protocols. Requirements Essential: Proven experience on Live Environments, Occupied Refurbishments, or Prestigious Projects. Essential: Valid CSCS Card. Essential: Own transport (site is difficult to access via public transport). Heritage experience is a bonus, but not essential. Reliable, presentable, and safety-conscious.
