This role sits at the heart of solution data architecture, supporting the design, delivery, and governance of high‑quality data solutions across multiple initiatives. You will partner closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks align with enterprise and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and data protection by design within an insurance or financial services environment.

Your Role
* Design, develop, and support solution data architectures across initiatives.
* Produce high‑quality solution data designs aligned to Enterprise and Canonical Data Models.
* Develop and maintain data models, dictionaries, and integration patterns.
* Support canonical data exchange across strategic systems.
* Apply data protection and governance standards by design.
* Act as the project‑level data architecture point of contact and trusted adviser.
* Collaborate with architects, analysts, CDO teams, and third‑party suppliers.
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation and best practices.
Your Skills
* Strong hands‑on experience as a Solution Data Architect.
* Expertise in data modelling, integration patterns, and architectural design.
* Proficiency with Erwin or similar data modelling tools.
* Solid understanding of data protection, governance, and design methodologies.
* Experience with enterprise data catalog tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview).
* Familiarity with master and reference data management solutions (e.g., Ataccama, Profisee).
* Working knowledge of the Microsoft stack: Azure, Databricks, Power BI.
* Insurance or Financial Services domain experience is a strong advantage.
