The Sales Executive Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be skilled at discovering customer needs and matching those with the right product. You’ll use your product knowledge to build the closest possible match between product and customer. Representing Toyota, you’ll take pride in turning showroom visitors into loyal customers.

Responsibilities
* Listening and talking to customers to uncover needs and build trust
* Becoming fluent in Toyota products and services
* Matching customers to products and maximizing sales opportunities
* Encouraging test drives and resolving customer issues
* Maximizing sales leads through multiple channels
* Adapting to new processes and ideas
* Collaborating across the business to provide seamless service
* Representing the Toyota brand and values
What We Are Looking For
* A full UK driving licence
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for training
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least National 5s in English and Maths, ideally Highers or equivalent
* Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media proficiency
* Interests supporting work-life balance
