Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic self starting Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling Workday software and professional services. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting WD Assist's comprehensive suite of services. Your expertise in Workday and its associated SKUs will be instrumental in crafting solutions that meet client needs.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Workday software and professional services.
* Identify and engage prospective clients, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Present and demonstrate the value of WD Assist's offerings, highlighting the benefits of our 24/7 support, implementation, and advisory services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Workday product updates to effectively position WD Assist in the market.
* Hunter sales mentality with a client value focus.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the software or professional services industry, with a focus on Workday / Oracle / SAP.
* Strong knowledge of Workday products and associated SKUs.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Must have the “right to work” in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in selling to diverse industries and global clients.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and sales analytics.
* Understanding of Workday implementation processes and methodologies.

Location and Work Arrangement
This position is based in our Leatherhead office, with flexibility for remote work options. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
