You will be joining apany in the Kidderminster area for a new part-time role in the HR function. This is for temporary cover to support additional workload and will be ongoing, you will be working with an experienced HR manager and a friendly and supportive team.
Your new role
The primary functions of this role will include managing personnel records, actively participating in the employee lifecycle, addressing employee HR queries, employee relations to include investigations/disciplinaries, flexible working requests, welfare meetings and ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support the day-to-day office administration including filing, scanning, post etc.
This role reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the HR Advisor working part-time 2/3 days in their Kidderminster office, where there is flexibility on offer for the working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in HR support, HR administration is critical, and you will have covered the additional duties of supporting in the above tasks. A level of CIPD qualification will be ideal, but experience only is also weed. For this position, being flexible to support both the HR functions and the general office administration is essential as this is a business where the HR team support the wider function with these tasks.
