About the role
This is a high-profile position within the Reward Executive Compensation team, supporting the Rumeneration Committee with annual activities. You will work on designing and implementing reward packages for the Group Executive Committee and Senior Management, with opportunities to expand your reward knowledge through ad-hoc projects.
This role offers an ambitious Reward Manager the chance to work at the Corporate HQ of a successful FTSE 30 company. It provides a challenging environment that rewards high performers and offers significant career development opportunities through direct exposure to senior executives.
Responsibilities
1. Managing the annual cycle of executive compensation activities, including drafting papers for Remuneration Committee meetings, the AGM, and the Directors’ Remuneration Report.
2. Providing analysis and support on executive reward and general reward matters.
3. Leading the design and delivery of the annual pay review cycle for senior management, including benchmarking and analysis.
4. Preparing offers and termination agreements for senior roles.
5. Monitoring best practices and identifying opportunities for reward programme development and innovation.
6. Assisting in managing the company’s long-term incentive plans for senior management.
7. Managing the wider Reward team to deliver global reward programmes and leading ad hoc reward projects.
Experience and Skills
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of executive compensation is essential.
* Understanding of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
* HR/Reward experience preferred.
* A sense of urgency, achievement, and ownership of work.
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Curiosity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
