You will be part of a HR Shared Services team who oversee all HR and Payroll Administration activities. This position offers hybrid working flexibility, with three days required in the office.Key Responsibilities:• HR Administration: Deliver effective and efficient HR administrative services, ensuring adherence to approval processes and consideration of HR and payroll implications.• Off-boarding Management: Oversee the off-boarding process, ensuring accurate issuance of documentation and updating of leaver details HR and payroll systems.• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment and documentation within HR Evolution.• Payroll Liaison: Coordinate with payroll provider to resolve any payroll-related queries, including tax, national insurance, pensions, and other company benefits.• Employee Support: primary contact for managers and employees, addressing various queries and employee relations issues via phone and email, and escalate complex issues to the HR Advisors when necessary.Skills and Experience:• Minimum One Year of HR experience, ideally CIPD level 3 qualified.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong written and verbal communication skil...
