Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Toyota team at Eastern Western Motor Group. The role involves building customer relationships, guiding prospects through the sales process, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand and meet their vehicle needs.
* Guide prospects from first conversation to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to provide informed advice.
* Collaborate with marketing, account management and internal teams to shape sales strategies and track performance.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity to uphold organisational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Full UK driving licence.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Acceptable working hours and travel for training sessions.
* Professional appearance and high standards of verbal and written communication.
* Good general education – at least GCSE English and Maths, preferably A Levels or equivalent.
* Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and social media.
* Previous automotive sales experience (fleet, B2B, or target‑driven environments) is desirable.
