We’re looking for a motivated No. 2 Site Manager to join a well-established team delivering an award-winning development in Kent. You’ll be working for a leading nation Housebuilder that takes pride in building quality homes and supporting career growth.

The Site offers a mixture of house types combining high‑spec private homes with thoughtfully designed affordable housing. With strong build progress already underway and no signs of slowing down this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well‑run environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site
* Helping to drive build programmes while maintaining top standards of H&S and quality
* Coordinating trades, materials and subcontractors
* Ensure NHBC standards and company specs are met at every stage
* Taking pride in delivering homes that exceed customer expectations
What we’re looking for
* Experience as an Assistant Site Manager who is read to step up or No 2 Site Manager on a fast-paced residential development
* Solid technical understanding and familiarity with NHBC standards
* Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands‑on approach
* SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
* A genuine team player who enjoys being part of a professional, high performing site team
