Job Description
* Oversee HR operations across various locations within the region.
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
* Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
* Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and employee retention.
* Oversee recruitment efforts for the region, aligning them with the company's needs and promoting diversity.
* Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Regional HR Manager' should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the blue collar industry.
* Proficiency in HR software for reporting and analytics.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
