Technical Quality Manager

Responsibilities
* Lead the daily activities of the Quality team, developing capability through coaching, reviews and clear objectives
* Oversee internal non‑conformances, ensuring issues are investigated, root causes identified and corrective actions implemented
* Manage product inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with AQL standards and customer specifications
* Analyse performance data and produce technical reports for senior management
* Maintain QC sample control, documentation accuracy and compliance with internal and external quality requirements
Qualifications
* Proven experience in quality systems management and process improvement within a manufacturing environment
* Strong background in audits, non‑conformance investigations and customer/supplier quality management
* Highly proficient with spreadsheets, databases and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills, able to present information clearly at all organisational levels
* Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
