HR Manager
Halifax (Hybrid – 1 day working from home)
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits (including free parking)

Our client, a rapidly growing organisation based in Halifax, is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their management team. After a period of significant expansion, the company is now focusing on consolidating its support functions, refining internal processes, and building a strong people strategy to support ongoing growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and qualified HR professional to take ownership of the HR function, drive change, and have a real impact on the business and its culture.
You’ll lead HR operations and provide expert guidance to line managers across the business. You’ll also manage a small HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention and offboarding
2. Coach and support line managers to handle day-to-day HR issues with confidence and consistency
3. Review and improve HR structures, processes, and systems to support long-term business needs
