Job Description
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing support to cover all HR practices.
2. Managing recruitment processes.
3. Handling onboarding for new starters and conducting exit interviews.
4. Managing ER cases and matters.
5. Organising company Learning & Development activities.
6. Managing and updating the HR software.
The Successful Applicant
* CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent qualification.
* Previous personnel management experience, either within a team or in a standalone capacity.
