Join Us as an HR Administrator at Forge Holiday Group! Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £24,784.50 per annum Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am until 5:30pm. About The Role We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR administration service across the business. What You'll Be Responsible For: Producing accurate HR documentation including offers, contracts, changes, and leavers Managing employment references and pre-employment checks (e.g. criminal record checks) Processing payroll data accurately within strict monthly deadlines Maintaining and updating HR systems with high levels of accuracy Managing queries via the central HR inbox, delivering excellent customer service Producing organisational charts and supporting invoice management Ensuring right-to-work documentation is verified and compliant Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team to maintain consistent standards Ensuring full compliance with GDPR when handling employee data What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Previous HR administration experience Strong organisational and planning skills Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy Communicates clearly and professionally Strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular, Excel and Word) and the ability to adapt to different software Thinks creatively and problem-solve effectively Although standouts will also have: CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant degree (HR, Business, etc.) Experience of working within a Shared Services environment Familiarity with HR systems Forge Holiday Group Benefits (Pro Rata) ✈️ 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service.
