Assistant Assets Officer The Assistant Assets Officer supports the Asset Management team in the efficient administration, monitoring, and reporting of housing association assets. This role ensures accurate data management, compliance with statutory and internal policies, and effective communication with residents, contractors, and internal teams to maintain and enhance the value and condition of the associations property portfolio. The role will involve providing effective administrative support for our maintenance service, assistance with aids and adaptations, servicing, cyclical and planned maintenance schemes. Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Language, passed at Grade C or above, or equivalent Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) gained in an office environment Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail in data entry and document management Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and residents, demonstrating a solution-oriented and approachable style Experience in customer service The post is a full-time with the following benefits: Salary £26,835 - £30,060 Generous optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19% (£5,098 pa) 23 days annual leave pa rising to 28 after 5 years service 12 customary holidays Occupational sickness scheme Private Healthcare option Excellent work and family friendly policies Employee assistance programme Hybrid working arrangement Flexitime scheme 37 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4.30pm Closing Date:Wednesday 16th July 2025 at noon.
