As CAV continues to expand its global footprint, we’re seeking an experienced and passionate Quality Manager to lead the Quality function across UK and US operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance in every product that takes to the skies.

Your Mission:
As Quality Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind product and process excellence, reporting directly to the General Manager and leading a talented team of six. You’ll:
* Take ownership of all Quality and Compliance activities across UK and US sites.
* Lead external audits with CAA, FAA, and other regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with AS9100 and all relevant aerospace standards.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Drive MRB activities, root cause analysis, and effective corrective actions.
* Analyse quality data to support leadership decision-making.
* Coach, develop, and empower your Quality and Inspection teams.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven track record leading Quality teams in an aerospace environment.
* Strong working knowledge of CAA and FAA regulatory frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
* Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
Desirable:
* EASA Part 145 & 21G Form 4 holder.
* Part 21J knowledge or qualification.
* CQI membership and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
