Main Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of the full employee life cycle - from recruitment to exit.
2. Drive talent acquisition, bringing in the best engineering talent to fuel business growth.
3. Lead on employee relations - guiding managers through complex cases with confidence.
4. Coach and support managers, helping them lead high-performing, engaged teams.
5. Oversee absence management and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
6. Build and embed HR policies and processes that support a growing organisation.
7. Be the go-to HR partner for the leadership team and the employees.
Required
8. Essential: Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector - we will not consider applicants without this.
9. Proven HR Generalist or HR Manager experience in a standalone role.
10. Hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, and absence management.
11. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
12. Confidence in coaching and supporting managers at all levels.
13. CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
