The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary starting from £26,000, with additional bonuses and a statutory pension scheme. This role offers a dynamic, target-driven sales environment within a supportive team culture. You will utilize your sales and customer service skills to engage with both new and existing customers over the phone.
Working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience
* Ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to build relationships from the ground up
* Outstanding telephone communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure while multitasking effectively
Role Responsibilities
* Providing quotes and closing new business enquiries
* Establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring retention during renewals
* Re-evaluating the market at renewal for existing customers
* Managing amendments to existing policies
