What does this HR Officer job involve?
Responsibilities
* Manage and advise on employee relations matters
* Respond to day‑to‑day HR queries
* Ensure HR policies are consistently applied across the organisation
* Assist with investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes where required
* Answer phone calls
* Maintain electronic records
* Maintain company databases
* Organise and lead meetings/presentations
* Communicate with a range of people, including clients and professionals
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Flexible and supportive
* Strong computer skills
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Ability to adapt communication to meet target audience
* Attention to detail
* Experience with HR
* Experience working in the ADP system (preferred)
