We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to lead our Business & Industry (B&I) catering operation for Mercedes-Benz, delivering a premium food and hospitality experience that reflects the prestige and innovation of one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.
This is a standout opportunity for a commercially astute and client‑focused leader to take ownership of a high‑profile corporate account, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and service innovation.

Job Description
The ideal Account Manager will demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with proven experience leading large teams in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing a multi‑faceted account with a number of distinct revenue streams and you will possess a blend of innovation, commercial acumen, and a personable leadership style to drive performance and engagement across all areas.
* Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
* Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
* Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
* Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
* Achieve business‑critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and operational
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the large corporate contract catering sector
* Must have minimum of General Management experience looking for move upwards
* Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
* You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
* Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
* Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
* Concise and effective verbal and written communication
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
