Responsibilities
A Line Chef is responsible for ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
* You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.
* You will lead your section to produce high-quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
* Are you an experienced Chef, positive and passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade?
