* Managerecruitment,onboarding,appraisals,andtrainingcompliance
* Leadengagementinitiatives,embedcompanyvalues,andsupportretention
* ImplementHRsystems,processimprovements,anddashboardstoenhanceefficiencyandreporting
* SupporttheHRDirectorwithworkforceplanning,reporting,andstrategicHRprojects
