Job Description:
Based in Berkshire/M4 corridor, as the Total Rewards Manager Europe, you will build and manage the Total Rewards framework and processes for Europe. This standalone role requires a mix of strategic and operational reward activities, functioning like a start-up within an established framework. You will partner with COEs to lead projects and develop innovative total rewards strategies tailored to the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead analysis and evaluation of total rewards, using market insights and industry trends.
* Conduct market studies to align compensation & benefits with industry standards and ensure internal equity.
* Collaborate with senior HR leaders to support business needs and ensure compliance with local requirements.
* Maximize participation in compensation surveys and develop analytics tools and dashboards.
* Present recommendations to senior leadership and develop policies and programs.
Compensation:
* Oversee annual compensation reviews for international employees, including system configuration and pay equity.
* Partner with HR Compensation to assess and model pay structures and budgets.
* Expand job architecture and create new job profiles to support growth.
* Conduct modeling and analysis of pay programs and participate in global pay equity studies.
Benefits:
* Review benefit plans and ensure compliance and effective communication.
* Manage benefit enrollments and communicate with carriers and payroll.
* Lead benefits education initiatives and maintain accurate employee benefit data.
Additional Details:
This role offers a hybrid working pattern (1-2 days in the office) initially from a shared space along the M4 corridor/Slough, with occasional visits to West London.
Candidate Profile:
* Broad experience in Total Rewards, both strategic and operational.
* European experience preferred; flexible and hands-on approach required.
* Experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, or Pharma advantageous.
* Knowledge of European employment laws, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, PayFactors preferred).
