What You’ll Do
* Become an integral part of the hotel's People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members
* Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members
* Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork
* Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
* Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels polices & procedures.
* Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team member.
* Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
* Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
* Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters
