Senior React Developer - Hybrid - £120,000

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's products and driving the development of our user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to develop user-friendly, responsive front-end applications.
* Build robust and scalable web applications using React, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and usability.
* Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
* Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimising front-end performance and improving user interfaces.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
* Strong expertise in React.js, including proficiency in React Hooks and Redux.
* Experience with AWS services and deploying applications on the AWS platform.
* Proficiency in Docker for containerisation and deployment.
* Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Bonus experience with: Python, AWS, Docker
