The Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey. Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries and site visits
* Delivering engaging development and property tours
* Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers
* Progressing reservations through to completion
* Maintaining CRM records and sales reports
* Ensuring the highest standard of presentation across the sales area

We are seeking someone who is:
* Confident, personable, and customer-focused
* Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
* Experienced in sales (property experience beneficial but not essential)
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Professional in presentation and approach
