What we're looking for
* CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience in a senior HR role
* A proven track record in HR management, ideally within healthcare or social care
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application
* Experience managing complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and discretion
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
* A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A master\'s degree in HR or Organisational Psychology would be a big bonus
Your Typical Day To Day Will Include
* Overseeing daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and policy implementation
* Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently
* Supporting the performance management process, including appraisals and development planning
* Identifying training needs and implementing targeted development programmes
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment law, sponsorship regulations, and industry standards
* Supporting the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages
* Mentoring and developing the HR team to deliver a high-quality service
