What will I be doing?
* Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms
* Vacuuming rooms and corridors
* Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities per guidelines
* Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks
* Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
* Reporting missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring replacements or repairs
* Ensuring all equipment in guest rooms and work areas is in working condition
* Being environmentally conscious and disposing of waste properly
* Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
* Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
* Carrying out lost property procedures
* Assisting other departments as needed and maintaining good relationships
