Key Responsibilities:
As Catering Manager, you’ll oversee the kitchen operation while working closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience.
8. Manage the day-to-day running of a small kitchen operation
9. Prepare, cook and present consistent food quality and presentation standards
10. Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient ordering and storage
11. Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen and HACCP regulations
12. Work closely with the front of house team to support busy service periods
13. Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team, acting as a positive role model
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a confident and enthusiastic kitchen professional who enjoys leading a team
14. Previous experience as a kitchen or Catering Manager
15. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
16. Experience as a Cook Supervisor or similar senior kitchen role would be beneficial
17. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and early mornings when events require
