Site Manager Location: Worcester Start Date: Early September 2025 Duration: 12 weeks Rate: £26 per hour (8.5 hours per day) I'm working with a property services provider who specialise in local authority and education projects, and they are seeking a Site Supervisor for a 12-week programme at a care home in Worcester. The project involves replacing the plantroom and HIUs in each of the 32 flats, requiring strong coordination of trades and close attention to safety in an occupied, sensitive environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring works are delivered on time, to specification, and in full compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Requirements: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness Refurbishment experience in occupied buildings essential Experience supervising M&E or plantroom replacement works would be preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills
